Rushmore AND Perspective!
Our final stop on Monday was Mt. Rushmore. The sight, seen in thousands of pictures, is still impressive in person.
To begin our perspective of the site, here is the picture of Mt. Rushmore from the entrance of the memorial itself.
NOW....for true perspective. Days ago, we visited Crazy Horse Memorial. There We learned of the size of Crazy Horse vs Rushmore. This compilation pic I assembled shows the 60 foot tall Rushmore figures vs the near nine-story face of Crazy Horse. The size difference is H-U-G-E!!!
Thus ends our story of Rushmore and Crazy Horse.....
