The Bears of Bear Country
Below is the story of the rest of the animals at Bear Country. This story is all about the bears.
Black bears comprise the majority of the bears in this place. They roam free in a large area of the drive-through park. Here several find shade for a nice nap.
The cubs are separated from Mom early on and raised by humans. They are quite strong, even as cubs.
Here is the only picture I took of a Grizzly. The bear was napping. The grizzly bears are kept apart since they are both twice the size of and much smarter than the black bears. The park people said placing them with the black bears would result in complete control of the area by the grizzlies.
Bear Country was interesting, but I need see it only once.
